* Compatibility changes with Windows CL and ICL compilers. * Set binary mode for binary I/O in files and pipes where it matters. * Cygwin compatibility option (KALDI_CYGWIN_COMPAT). When enabled, kaldi programs recognize unix-style paths and use bash instead of cmd to run subprocesses.
