Setting the windows/generate_solution.pl parameters to be in sync in documentation and with the *props files

windows fixes -- resolving issues with incrrectly behaving expf/exp(float) under MSVC2013, plus some other improvements

(trunk) Kaldi now compiles under MS VS 2013 (+openfst 1.3.4). Untested, though. Also, it does not mean it's officially supported.
 Lots of fixes in the solution generation system to achieve that.

(trunk) One bugfix: remove extraneous BOF character that was confusing the MSVC. Some additional modification of the user-props for Kaldi compilation in MSVC.  Now, it should be possible to define the following system/shell variables: OPENFST, PTHREADW and MKLDIR and the solution should be loaded/upgraded smoothly -- there are still outstanding issues with the code (MSVC does not conform to the C++ standard when doing namespace lookups)
