Documentation changes: added Git tutorial, removed Subversion tutorial and updated multiple references from Subversion to Git and from SourceForge to Kaldi's own web site or GitHub as appropriate.

Modifying doc/README with method of uploading to sourceforge that works when their shell access is down.

Setting the windows/generate_solution.pl parameters to be in sync in documentation and with the *props files

windows fixes -- resolving issues with incrrectly behaving expf/exp(float) under MSVC2013, plus some other improvements

* Compatibility changes with Windows CL and ICL compilers.
* Set binary mode for binary I/O in files and pipes where it matters.
* Cygwin compatibility option (KALDI_CYGWIN_COMPAT). When enabled, kaldi programs
  recognize unix-style paths and use bash instead of cmd to run subprocesses.
  This is the mode added to enable running the training egs scripts in cygwin bash
  but compile native Windows mode

- 'blocksoftmax' is better name as it has same name as the used output component,
- we use multitask objective function, so we can see performance on individual tasks,
- also adding some older LSTM results on tedlium, not working on this recipe now,
